I have no idea what i am doing tbh, I have been looking at imagery of men and women and thought of displaying my proposal in a paper folded doll fashion. Each dolls could have a different part of the proposal on.
And then I thought of working with scale and doing men bigger than women and having it as a long poster looking thing, and having 4 men and 6 women ( representing the fact that 60% of graphic design graduates are women and 40 are men, but men are have more recognition, hence being bigger.

I tried drawing my own illustrations which i could put alongside the proposal but i really am not the best at quick drawings. I really don't know what to do in terms of layout. I liked these from my research, individual cards, could just have women shaped cards. feeling a bit lost atm, think i might go back to trying to finish the written side of things. I don't like having to write and design something at the same time, it conflicts too much, so i think i'm going to have to get one done before i do the other.
I love the 4th and 5th images - very visually witty. Maybe you should look at playing with the isotypes in a similar manner?
